News from St Pierre Massage & Spa

On Saturday 3/23/24 St Pierre hosted a Pop Up event in collaboration with Kelsey Rodriguez of The Skin Boutique and Dr. Sasha Rozenberg of Cosmetic Dentistry of Napa. Both our friends have been very busy giving consultations and delivering services.

We enjoyed to see our own customers taking advantage of the discounted price offered at the event and meet Sasha and Kelsey! Our Front Desk associate Emily loved to entertain the guest and show them around our Spa, while sipping some hot herbal tea, which was perfect for the rainy day of the event!

Saturday, March 30th, St Pierre joined Napa Moms for the annual Spring celebration at Kennedy Park. Despite the rainy day, the event was a success, the egg hunt was a lot of fun and we made a good number of new friends! Here is a picture of Diana at our stand. She got very busy distributing stickers to the children at the event!

 World Health Day

World Health Day is celebrated annually on April 7th to mark the anniversary of the founding of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1948. The day provides an opportunity to focus worldwide attention on important aspects of global health. Napa massage spa

The day is meant to raise awareness about key health issues and activate support for improving health outcomes around the world. Each year, WHO selects a specific theme for World Health Day, highlighting a priority area of concern for the organization.

The theme for World Health Day 2024 is "Our planet, our health: Uniting for a fairer, healthier world."

Environmental and human health are closely interlinked, with the environment playing a significant role in shaping human health outcomes. Several key factors highlight this relationship, such as air and water quality, climate change, biodiversity, chemical exposure and “built environment”, representing access to green spaces, transportation options, and housing quality.

Featured Service: Self-Care with Vitality Membership

The most powerful tool to achieve better health is to take care of ourselves daily.   Self-care refers to the practice of taking deliberate actions to preserve or improve one's own health and well-being. It involves recognizing your own needs and taking steps to meet them, both physically and mentally.

Self-care can encompass a wide range of activities.

Physical Self-Care includes activities such as exercise, healthy eating, getting a massage, getting enough sleep, and practicing good hygiene. Emotional Self-Care involves activities that help you manage your emotions and maintain emotional well-being, such as practicing mindfulness, journaling, or engaging in activities that bring you joy. Social Self-Care is about maintaining healthy relationships and seeking social support when needed. It can involve spending time with loved ones, joining social groups, or volunteering. Spiritual Self-Care is about engaging in practices that nurture their spiritual beliefs and values, such as meditation, prayer, or spending time in nature. Professional Self-Care is about taking steps to manage work-related stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance. It can include setting boundaries, delegating tasks, and seeking professional development opportunities.
