Same-day appointments are available for our spa services in Napa Valley. We suggest arriving at the Spa 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself time to check in, enjoy tea, and relax. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's appointment.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, Monday to Friday. If you need to move, change, or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, or you will be charged for the value of your services.
Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days for our Therapists. To offer the best service, if you need to cancel your appointment on any of those days, we ask for a 72 hr notice. The cancellation fee for Saturdays and Sundays will be the full price of the service + 20% gratuity.
For groups of 4 or more, if you need to move, change, or cancel any appointments in your party, please do so 2 weeks prior to your appointments, or there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the full cost of the services.  With groups of 4 or more, we suggest arriving 30 minutes before your appointments to allow plenty of time to check in and relax before your services begin.
